SystmConnect is the new total triage and online consultation platform that enables effective communication with patients. You can contact the surgery online to tell us all about your medical problem or ask an admin question. To access the service you will require a username and password, please ask at reception and bring along some photo id (passport/driving license)

Primary Care Network

A primary care network is a group of practices who work together to focus on local patient care. They’ve been around since 2019 and 99 per cent of practices across England now work as part of one. With increased demand and a shortage of clinical staff, practices find they can provide greater, more personalised care for patients when they can work together on certain services or issues. Yorkshire Lung Screening Trial

The Yorkshire Lung Screening Trial is run by Leeds Teaching Hospital. The study is testing the outcomes of community-based Lung Health Checks in Leeds. The checks are held in mobile vans in car parks around Leeds. People across Leeds (aged 55-80 with a smoking history) are involved in the Yorkshire Lung Screening Trial.
