2013 GP Practice Patient Survey Report
Action Plan following PRG meeting held on 27.3.13
The survey results above were discussed with the PRG. As a group we were satisfied with the results and did not feel that any major changes were needed. The small percentage who disagreed with regards to appointments will be taken into account but overall the patients felt that there were no real issues with the current appointment system.
We plan to try and advertise the PRG in the local community with posters in local shops, chemist and Library. One patient was identified from the survey and was contacted to join in the group. At this stage we felt that we needed to increase the size of the group to try and include younger patients especially a young mums and maybe a young male as well.
